SALES STAFF – SEMARANG
PT Shacman Motors Indonesia is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Staff to join our team in Semarang. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication and negotiation skills, particularly those with experience in heavy equipment, commercial vehicles, automotive, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
* Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
* Approach potential customers, present product solutions, and conduct product demonstrations.
* Prepare quotations and proposals and follow up on sales leads.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
* Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to achieve sales targets.
* Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
* Provide after-sales support and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
1–3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in heavy equipment, commercial vehicles, automotive, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
Willing to travel and visit customers when required.
Good command of English is required.
Good command of Bahasa Indonesia.
Must own a personal vehicle (car or motorcycle) and have a valid driving license.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
