Responsibilities:
- Assist and serve customers.
- Promote products/services to customers.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain product display and cleanliness.
- Build good relationships with customers.
- Support sales transactions and reporting.
- Stay updated on product information and promotions.
Requirements:
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience as an SPG, Sales Promoter, or customer-facing role in the service, department stores, or retail shops.
- Experience in direct customer engagement and product promotion.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence in approaching customers and handling objections or rejection
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer needs effectively.
