[HIRING SALES LVL MANAGER & STAFF]
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales to join our growing team. This role requires a hands-on approach to both inbound and outbound sales activities, as well as involvement in offline marketing operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, confident in approaching clients (both online and in the field), and comfortable handling operational marketing tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential B2B clients (low to medium level) through online platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Google) or direct field visits.
- Follow up on inbound leads from the app’s database with smaller ticket sizes.
- Conduct persuasive product/service presentations to potential clients.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our offerings.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Establish and maintain strong, lasting client relationships.
- Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and client needs.
- Organize and supervise freelance marketers for distributing brochures, placing banners, opening booths, and managing local events.
- Monitor and track offline marketing inventory such as brochures, banners, stickers, etc.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve product/service offerings and marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, particularly in a fast-paced or startup environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
- Experience with both digital sales outreach and field-based sales approaches.
- Familiarity with operational marketing activities and inventory tracking.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
