We’re Hiring: Sales Specialist – Mining & Heavy Equipment Industry
Our client is looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Specialist to join a growing team in the heavy equipment sector, focusing on the mining industry across Samarinda or Banjarmasin.
🔹 Key focus:
- New business acquisition in the mining sector
- Developing and managing relationships with key decision makers
- Understanding customer operational needs and offering tailored solutions
- Achieving sales targets and expanding market presence
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience
- Exposure to mining, heavy equipment, or industrial sectors is highly preferred
- Strong hunting mindset with proven ability to develop new accounts
- Willing to travel and cover East Kalimantan
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
