Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales Specialist PT Destini Marine Safety
As a Sales Specialist, your role will include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business leads to drive sales.
- Building strong client relationships and working towards closing deals.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets to support company growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3)/Bachelor's Degree (S1) in relevant fields such as Marketing, Business, or Management.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a related industry.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and negotiation skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Understanding of sales strategies and a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and presentation tools.
- Proficiency in a foreign language (e.g., English, Mandarin) is a plus.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle (especially for field sales).
