Qualification:
1. Minimum education: High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
2. At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the steel, industrial materials, coil, plate, wear plate, or related industries.
3. Experience in selling Wear Plate (abrasion-resistant steel plate) will be an advantage.
4. Possessing an existing customer network within manufacturing, construction, mining, fabrication, heavy equipment, or shipyard industries is highly preferred.
5. Strong understanding of steel products and industrial sales processes.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
7. Target-oriented, proactive, and equipped with strong problem-solving abilities.
8. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in preparing sales reports.
10. Willing to travel and conduct customer visits as required.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify, develop, and expand new business opportunities across manufacturing, construction, mining, fabrication, heavy equipment, shipbuilding, and related industries.
2. Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
3. Promote and sell steel products, including Wear Plate, Steel Plate, Coil, and other industrial steel materials.
4. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
5. Prepare and follow up on quotations to ensure successful deal closure.
6. Conduct product presentations and commercial negotiations with customers.
7. Coordinate with internal teams regarding inventory availability, delivery schedules, and customer service support.
8. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and steel price movements to identify new business opportunities.
9. Achieve sales targets and business objectives established by the company.
10. Prepare regular sales activity reports and customer project updates.
