Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales Specialist – Building Materials PT China Win Win Engineering (Indonesia)
1.Customer Development & Outreach
- Proactively identify and engage target customers such as local property projects, engineering contractors, and building material stores/distributors in Jakarta.
- Identify procurement needs, establish new cooperation channels, and meet monthly/quarterly customer development targets.
2.End-to-End Sales Process Management
- Handle customer requirement analysis, product quotation, commercial negotiation, and contract signing.
- Coordinate order production, logistics delivery, and payment collection to ensure timely achievement of sales goals.
3.Product & Solution Promotion
- Promote the company’s full range of building materials (flooring materials, waterproofing materials, construction hardware, smart locks, household water purifiers, cement-based self-leveling compounds, etc.).
- Provide supporting material supply solutions for project needs and align with one-stop procurement requirements.
4.Customer Relationship Maintenance
- Conduct regular visits to existing clients, follow up on after-sales feedback, and sustain long-term partnerships.
- Identify opportunities for repeat purchases and incremental orders.
5.Market Intelligence Reporting
- Gather competitive intelligence, pricing trends, and shifting customer demands in the local building materials market.
- Submit regular market reports to assist the company in refining sales and pricing strategies.
6.Internal Coordination
- Liaise with warehousing, logistics, and technical support teams to resolve order delivery exceptions and product application inquiries, ensuring high customer service standards.
