Requirements:
- Diploma (D3) degree in any major.
* Work experience in sales, merchant engagement, customer service, or a related field.
* Proficient in Google Workspace platforms (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.).
* Confident, highly communicative, and possesses strong problem-solving skills.
* Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and direct rapport with merchants during face-to-face visits..
* Must own a personal vehicle (motorcycle) and possess a valid driver's license (SIM C).
* Willing to be based in Yogyakarta, Semarang, or Solo.
Job Description:
- Field Pitching and Re-Engagement:
- Conduct daily merchant visits according to target requirements and pitch specific campaigns, ensuring all results are clearly documented.
- Merchant Objection Handling: Address merchant issues, accurately present value propositions, and effectively resolve merchant concerns.
