Secondary Sales Performance Lead (Remote)

We’re looking for a highly driven Secondary Sales Performance Lead to help us maximize customer lifetime value through stronger renewal, repeat payment, upsell, prolongation, and reactivation performance.
This role is perfect for someone who loves improving sales processes, coaching teams, analyzing performance gaps, and turning insights into measurable revenue growth.

What You’ll Do
Improve repeat payment, renewal, prolongation, upsell, and reactivation performance from existing customers.
Review sales chats, calls, and consultations to identify sales gaps and improvement opportunities.
Improve sales scripts, chat templates, objection handling, and call flow.
Coach and mentor ISM Leaders to improve team execution and sales quality.
Ensure weekly action plans are executed consistently and effectively.
Analyze sales performance metrics and identify actionable insights for growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer retention and conversion strategies.
What We’re Looking For
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, retention sales, renewal sales, or customer success with sales targets.
Minimum 6 months of experience leading, mentoring, or coaching a team/project.
Strong understanding of:
- Repeat payment
- Renewal & retention
- Upselling & reactivation
- Objection handling
- Follow-up & closing techniques
Able to review sales chats/calls and identify improvement areas.
Comfortable analyzing sales metrics such as:
- Revenue
- Conversion rate
- AOV
- Payment count
- Package size
- Upsell/downsell
- Lost reasons
English proficiency minimum B1.
Nice to Have
- Experience in EdTech, online courses, tutoring, SaaS, subscription, membership, insurance renewal, or customer retention businesses.
- Experience improving retention, renewal conversion, or upsell performance.
- Familiar with AI tools for sales support, reporting, coaching, or script improvement.
- Familiar with Google Sheets, CRM reports, WhatsApp sales flow, or sales automation tools.
