Sales & Reservations Agent :
The Sales & Reservations Agent provides excellent customer service and manages all reservations from the initial inquiry through to completion of the booking process. As one of the first points of contact for guests, the role plays a key part in creating a positive customer experience and promoting the dive center's services.
Working Schedule
Working Days: 6 days a week, including weekends.
Day Off: One day a week, excluding weekends.
Main Responsibilities: Customer Communication
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via:
Phone calls
Social media platforms
In-person visits
Provide accurate information about diving courses, fun dives, snorkeling trips, private tours, and other services.
Help customers choose the most suitable activities based on their experience level, interests, and travel plans.
Reservation Management
Handle reservations from start to finish.
Process bookings accurately and efficiently.
Collect and record all necessary customer information.
Confirm reservations and ensure all details are correct.
Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth scheduling and guest satisfaction.
Daily Operations
Prepare and send the programs and schedules for the following days to the relevant team members.
Monitor upcoming bookings and ensure all customer requirements are communicated to the operations team.
Maintain organized and up-to-date reservation records.
Sales Responsibilities
Promote the dive center's services and activities.
Follow up on inquiries to maximize conversion rates.
Upsell additional services when appropriate, such as underwater photography, extra dive days, specialty courses, or private guides.
Build trust and strong relationships with customers throughout the booking process.
Required Qualities
