Join INFIEN as a Freelance Sales Representative and help promote our renewable energy solutions. This is a commission-based freelance opportunity with flexible working hours, ideal for students, fresh graduates, and anyone passionate about sales. Selected candidates will receive comprehensive offline training in BSD, South Tangerang, before starting.

Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers through networking, referrals, door-to-door visits, social media, or other sales channels.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, roadshows, seminars, and other promotional events to generate leads and engage with prospective customers.
- Manage and operate the company's exhibition booth by welcoming visitors, providing product information, conducting product demonstrations, and collecting customer inquiries.
- Promote and introduce INFIEN's renewable energy solutions, including solar photovoltaic systems, battery energy storage, and EV charging solutions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable energy solutions.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team throughout the sales process until project completion.
- Attend product knowledge and sales training provided by the company.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and customer prospects.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Open to university students, fresh graduates, and candidates from all educational backgrounds.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and conducting field visits.
- Willing to attend comprehensive offline training in BSD, South Tangerang, prior to commencing work.
- Able to work independently with flexible working hours.
