Our client is a global FinTech company headquartered in the United States that provides smartphone financing and digital credit solutions for underserved consumers in emerging markets. The company operates across Latin America, Africa, and Asia, helping millions of people gain access to financial services and technology.
They are looking for a Sales Representative to grow their distribution network and increase smartphone financing sales through retail partners, distributors, and mobile network operators.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive smartphone financing sales within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail stores, distributors, and partners
- Conduct regular store visits to support partners and ensure sales activity
- Provide training, marketing support, and incentive campaigns to merchants
- Maintain healthy relationships with existing partners and solve operational issues
- Ensure merchants who sold last month continue selling in the current month
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and opportunities
- Achieve revenue growth and sales targets in the assigned region
Requirements
- 1–2 years of proven sales experience in financial tech for smartphone retail, distributor, or telecom channels (preferably related to financing products)
- Strong commercial mindset and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable doing fieldwork and visiting stores regularly
- Must have personal transportation (preferably a motorcycle)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiar with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides), CRM tools, and communication platforms
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
- Detail-oriented and able to work with structured processes and SLAs
- Good English proficiency is a must, technical background is a plus
