JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1. Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including offline, social media, referrals, and networking events.
2. Conduct engaging meetings and presentations to showcase our catering services, thoroughly understand individual client needs, and develop tailored proposals that meet those requirements.
3. Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, consistently ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
4. Continuously stay updated on current industry trends, competitor offerings, and prevailing pricing strategies to effectively position our catering services within the market
5. Diligently maintain regular follow-up communication with prospective clients, providing timely and informative responses to inquiries and offering consistent updates on their event planning progress.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Individu with minimum of 1 year proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the catering or hospitality industry
2. Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to client acquisition.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
4. Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
5. Experience in Food, Wedding, or Event industry is a must.
6. Able to multitask and manage time wisely.
7. Comfortable to be contacted outside working hours.
8. Willing to work on Weekend or Public Holidays for Event Execution.
9. Fast learner and willing to adapt to fast changing environment
