Job Responsibilities
- Follow up with existing customers to ensure service satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.
- Identify new customer prospects and develop strategies to expand market reach.
- Monitor customer orders and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Identify and analyze customer needs to provide suitable solutions.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with the sales administration team.
- Prepare and submit sales quotations to customers.
- Explore potential markets and identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and sales agreements with customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer databases and sales activity records.
- Prepare regular sales reports and monitor sales performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Willingness to travel for client visits when required.
