We're Hiring: Sales & Marketing Staff — Chronos Production x Chronos Social
Chronos Production (a video production and creative content house) and Chronos Social (a social media management agency) are growing fast and looking for an energetic Sales & Marketing Staff to join our Jakarta team!
If you enjoy talking to clients, love building promotional strategies, and are excited about the creative/production and social media world, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to prospective clients/brands for video production and social media management services.
Deliver pitches, follow up, and negotiate collaboration offers with prospective clients.
Prepare promotional materials and sales proposals together with the creative team.
Support marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness for Chronos Production & Chronos Social.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
Track and report sales progress regularly to the manager.
Requirements
Minimum education: high school/vocational school/Diploma/Bachelor's degree (any major; fresh graduates welcome).
0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations (internship experience counts).
Persuasive communicator, confident, and enjoys meeting new people.
Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and interest in the creative/production industry.
Target-driven with strong initiative.
Based in Jakarta or willing to work on-site in Jakarta.
