1. Job Overview

We are looking for a result-driven Sales Representative with strong business development capabilities in the industrial sector. This role focuses on developing B2B sales for surface coating chemicals used in cookware manufacturing. If you are proactive, enjoy working with factories or technical clients, and want to grow in a niche industrial market, this position is for you.

2. Responsibilities

o Develop and expand B2B sales channels, especially cookware manufacturers, factories, and industrial partners.

o Identify and approach potential clients in manufacturing sectors (kitchenware, metal processing, etc.).

o Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.

o Conduct sales visits, product presentations, and technical discussions with clients.

o Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

o Prepare sales reports and propose strategies to improve performance.

3. Requirements

o College degree or above (preferably in Business, Chemistry, Materials, or related fields).

o At least 1–2 years of sales experience (B2B, industrial products, chemicals, or manufacturing-related fields is a plus).

o Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

o Sales-driven mindset, proactive, and result-oriented.

o Comfortable working with factories and doing field sales.

o Basic English (for reading technical documents and communication).
