Sales Representative
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and promoting the company's products and services. Key tasks include identifying customer needs, delivering product presentations, preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and managing order fulfillment. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction is also an essential part of the role.
Qualifications
* Sales and Negotiation: Proven ability in managing sales processes, identifying customer needs, and effectively negotiating contracts.
* English Proficiency
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial products such as valves, piping systems, HVAC Systems.
Communication and Relationship Management:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and build lasting relationships.
* Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prepare quotations, and follow up on order fulfillment efficiently.
* Education/Experience: A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, along with relevant sales experience, is highly desirable.
* Motivation and Professionalism: A strong work ethic, results-driven mindset, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
