Sales Representative

We are looking for a Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities, build customer relationships, and support daily office operations. The role involves sales activities, customer engagement, and ensuring the showroom and office are well-maintained. Our software products: Point of Sale (POS) System and Property Management System (PMS).

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Follow up on inquiries and sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and sales-related documents.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Support marketing and promotional activities.
• Ensure the showroom and office are clean, organized, and presentable.
• Welcome and assist visitors and customers.
• Handle basic administrative and office coordination tasks.
• Maintain proper records and documentation.
• Any other activity or task as required by the Company.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and customer engagement.
• Proactive, organized, and target-driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• English communication skills are preferred.
