Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales Representative PT. Dillenger and Conquest Partners

Main Objective:

The main objective of this role is to generate qualified leads, build strong relationships with potential clients, follow up on prospects effectively, and close deals for the Company’s products, services, projects, and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify, approach, and generate new leads through online platforms, referrals, networking, social media, databases, events, and other sales channels.

* Follow up with potential clients, investors, buyers, and business partners in a professional and timely manner.

* Present the Company’s products, services, projects, or investment opportunities clearly and persuasively.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

* Understand client needs, provide suitable information, and offer appropriate solutions based on the Company’s offerings.

* Manage the full sales process, from initial contact, lead qualification, follow-up, negotiation, until closing.

* Coordinate with management, legal, finance, marketing, and operational teams to support the sales process.

* Prepare and send proposals, presentations, quotations, or other sales-related documents when required.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, client communication, and sales progress.

* Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding leads, prospects, sales pipeline, and closing progress.

* Achieve assigned sales targets, lead targets, conversion targets, and closing targets.

* Handle objections professionally and support clients throughout the decision-making process.

* Ensure that all client communication reflects the Company’s standards, professionalism, and brand image.

* Maintain confidentiality of all Company, client, investor, and project-related information.

Requirements:

* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, client relations, real estate sales, hospitality sales, investment sales, or related fields.

* Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

* Fluent in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).

* Confident in speaking with clients, investors, buyers, and business partners.

* Able to explain products, services, or project information in a clear and professional manner.

* Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

* Strong follow-up skills and high attention to detail.

* Able to manage multiple prospects and sales pipelines at the same time.

* Professional attitude with strong responsibility, discipline, and work ethic.

* Experience in property, villa, real estate, investment, hospitality, or luxury services will be considered an advantage.

* Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tracking, Google Sheets, or lead management tools will be considered an advantage.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets within assigned timelines.

KPI Measurement:

Performance will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

* Number of qualified leads generated.

* Quality of leads and relevance to the Company’s target market.

* Lead response time and follow-up consistency.

* Number of meetings, calls, or presentations arranged with potential clients.

* Conversion rate from lead to qualified prospect.

* Conversion rate from prospect to closed deal.

* Total sales value or revenue generated.

* Ability to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

* Accuracy and consistency in updating lead tracking and sales pipeline reports.

* Client satisfaction and professionalism in communication.

* Effectiveness in coordinating with internal teams to support the sales process.

* Overall contribution to the Company’s sales growth, client acquisition, and business development.

Key Success Factors:

Success in this role requires strong sales ability, excellent communication skills, confidence in approaching clients, and the ability to build trust quickly. The candidate must be proactive in generating leads, consistent in following up, and capable of converting prospects into closed deals.

The ideal candidate should be target-driven, organized, persuasive, and able to represent the Company professionally to clients, investors, buyers, and business partners.
