We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Professional to join our team at our Singapore-based online travel agency. Specializing in expedition cruises, we mainly serve guests from Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in managing inquiries from potential guests, guiding them through the booking process, and providing exceptional support before, during, and after their travel experiences.

Requirements
Minimum of three years of proven experience in high-end B2C sales, with a focus on premium travel segments.
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey information and ideas in English and Indonesian.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective marketing and sales strategies.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
