SMS Indonesia is a marketing agency that helps clients promote products to increase public awareness. Headquartered in Japan and has several branches in Asia, making us have a strong foundation to reach various brands and large companies.
As a Sales Representative, you will have a lot of contacts and handle clients from large and well-known companies, such as FMCG companies, as well as other third parties who need strong negotiation, networking, communication, and teamwork skills. Sales Representatives also play an important role in increasing sales and company growth. Such as proposing promotional activities at hospitals/ clinics/ schools/ universities to clients.
You will be responsible for developing services that delight clients. If the results are successful, there will be a salary increase, and there have been cases where the monthly salary has doubled in about a year.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in advertising agencies, marketing agencies, or media companies, with a track record of independently generating sales
- Age: Max 35 years old
- Education: Diploma/Bachelor's degree (any major)
- Proficient communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Experience dealing with medical, healthcare products, or FMCG companies is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong passion for business development/sales
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct marketing research to find potential clients.
- Create a list of potential clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to contact clients.
- Developing services that delighted clients at hospitals & schools.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts to maximize profits and finalize agreements.
- Handle all sales processes from prospecting, and project monitoring, to reporting based on understanding clients' marketing needs and goals.
- Provide timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives, collaborating with marketing, brand managers, and product managers.
- Participate in the creation of new businesses/services to keep up with trends.
- Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of all accounts by communicating and establishing a business relationship with all decision-makers.
- Promotional activities at hospitals/ clinics/ schools/ universities.
- Other task as assigned related to the projects.
