We represent our client, a leading provider of high-quality plywood and wood products in Indonesia. Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and develop new business opportunities.
* Conduct canvassing and regular visits to building material stores and distribution channels.
* Promote and sell products to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
* Handle customer inquiries, quotations, complaints, and order follow-ups professionally.
* Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities in assigned areas.
* Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and update CRM databases.
* Support product training and evaluation for sales team members.
Qualifications:
* Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree.
* Minimum 3–5 years experience as Sales Representative / Sales Associate.
* Experienced in canvassing to building material stores.
* Background from FMCG, building materials, construction, or distribution companies is preferred.
* Familiar with CRM software, Orlansoft, and Talenta.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work Monday - Saturday
