Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales Representative B2C (Consumer Retail) - ASAP, WFO Jakarta PT Sigma Global Teknologi

We are looking for a Sales Executive - WFO Onsite Jakarta Area (Middle Level) to support business expansion in the Consumer Retail Distribution Industry, focusing on B2C sales strategy and customer acquisition. This role is suitable for candidates who are strong in client engagement, solution selling, and handling multi-project sales cycles.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end B2C sales activities, including lead generation, client approach, product presentation, and closing deals.
  • Handle IT solution or product-related sales projects and ensure successful delivery alignment with customer expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through online meetings and occasional on-site visits.
  • Identify market opportunities and contribute to sales strategy planning for consumer market segments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably handling B2C market segments.
  • Experience handling at least 2–3 project-based solution sales (IT solution or similar solution-based product is preferred).
  • Minimum education Diploma (D3), preferably Bachelor Degree (S1).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Willing to work in Full Work From Anywhere (WFA) setup with customer visits when required.

Contract Information

  • Initial contract: 3 months (extendable based on performance)

Incentive & Commission Information

  • The incentive and commission scheme will be explained directly during the interview process.
  • Performance-based earning opportunity is available based on sales achievement and target performance.
