Job description for Sales Representative ( B2B Sales) at Atomatic Pte. Ltd.
- Pitch prospective new businesses on the phone, at networking events and at in-person meetings
- Proactively manage technical and operational in new clients on-boarding
- Relationship building: continuously engage our clients and listening to their needs, feedback, and stay in close communication
- Ensuring consistency and quality: Have the greatest interest to make sure our clients are also maintaining orders and promotions in our platforms.
- Cross-functional relationships: Work with our Marketing, Customer Service and business development team to make sure our clients have the best possible experience.
- Build and manage a solid lead generation and inside sales team that exceed clients’ goals.
- Ensure that the sales pipelines remain full with qualified leads and potential business.
- Monitor employee productivity, and motivate the team to reach daily and monthly sales goals.
- Provide coaching for existing and new sales team members.
- Coordinate department projects and clients’ campaigns to meet specified deadlines.
- Evaluate and improve lead generation and sales administration processes.
- Report to senior management on lead metrics, opportunities, and possible program roadblocks/obstacles.
- Provide analysis of program performance and present strategic recommendations to clients and senior management to maximize effectiveness of the program.
- Daily time management and the ability to work independently or under supervision.
- Work closely with the sales team and different teams across the business to collaborate and grow the portfolio
- Ensure profitable and productive relationships with customers.
- Ensure up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.

- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Amenable to work on field or office as soon as the company resume in the usual business operation.
- Flexible as clients do not always operate on 9-to-5 schedules
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, negotiation skills, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
- A good knowledge and understanding of the start to end sales process.
- Up to date brand relationships and good knowledge of market trends.
- Ability to think creatively will enable you to develop new concepts and ideas for the event
- Demonstrate initiative to understand the industry and new trends and develop long-lasting partners
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- 2 years digital sales experience preferred
- B2B sales to beauty / interior design niche preferred
