About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Shop Keeper to join our team at PT Ashamaya Design Bali in the vibrant town of Ubud, Bali. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our unique retail store.
What you'll be doing
1. Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly and knowledgeable approach
2. Maintaining an organized and visually appealing store environment
3. Handling cash and card transactions, and accurately reconciling sales
4. Replenishing stock and ensuring products are well-presented
5. Providing feedback and recommendations to improve the customer experience
6. Collaborating with the team
What we're looking for
1. Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a similar environment
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
3. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of store presentation
4. Numeracy skills and the ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately
5. A flexible and adaptable approach, willing to support the team as required
6. Fluency in English
