Sales Promotion Executive

Job Responsibilities:

1. Event & Booth Sales

• Drive sales of LIF products at booths, malls, health events, corporate events, and selected venues.
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets and conduct customer follow-ups.
• Educate the public about LIF products through well-planned and engaging activities.

2. Brand Activation & Creative Ideas

• Design and execute creative booth activation ideas, including games, challenges, and product demonstrations.
• Create live content for TikTok/Instagram during events to increase brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute relevant and effective campaigns.

3. Customer Engagement

• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, tenants, and relevant stakeholders at event locations.
• Collect customer feedback to support product development and marketing strategies.
• Confidently and professionally represent the “face” of LIF Indonesia with strong communication skills.

4. Administration & Reporting

• Report daily sales performance, lead data, and event analysis.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of booths, demo units, and promotional materials.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field of study
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or events is preferred
• Confident & Communicative: Able to explain technical products in simple and easy-to-understand language.
• Sales-Oriented: Target-driven, persistent, and possesses strong closing skills.
• Creative: Able to develop engaging ideas and activities to attract and increase traffic at every event.
• Well-presented, professional, and able to represent the company.
• Willing to work on weekends and travel around Jabodetabek.
• Active Instagram/TikTok account is a plus
