Job Description:
- Achieve sales targets for ducting systems, sandwich panels, and related products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, architects, and project owners.
- Manage project sales pipelines, including customer mapping, follow-ups, quotations, negotiations, and project closing.
- Conduct product presentations and provide solutions based on customer project requirements.
- Develop and execute sales strategies while monitoring customer activities and market opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, sales forecasts, and project updates for management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, timely product delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Established network with ME Contractors, ME Consultants, Developers, Architects, or Project Owners is an advantage.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willing to travel for business trips.
- Possess a valid SIM C (SIM A is preferred).
