Job Description
- Develop and implement project sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify new project opportunities and build strong networks with Customers.
- Manage the tender process: from project scouting, proposal preparation, presentations, to contract negotiation and deal closing.
- Conduct market analysis, prepare sales reports, and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) (from Food Technology is preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Sales Project (Projects in F&B companies are preferred).
- Strong market analysis skills with experience in handling negotiations for large-scale projects.
- Solid understanding of project workflows, including tender processes, procurement, and project implementation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in managing project documentation and handling customer complaints is an advantage.
