Job Descriptions
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, architects, and project customers
2. Identify new project opportunities and generate potential leads
3. Conduct regular customer visits and presentations to promote company products and services
4. Prepare quotations, proposals, and project negotiations with clients
5. Follow up project progress from inquiry stage until project completion
6. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and delivery
7. Achieve sales targets and increase project sales revenue
8. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
9. Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions
10. Prepare sales reports, project updates, and forecasting reports regularly
11. Maintain long-term business relationships to secure repeat projects and customer loyalty
Qualifications
1. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Project Sales, Project Executive, or similar position
2. Experienced in handling B2B projects, tenders, or sales to contractors/developers is an advantage
3. Strong network with contractors, developers, consultants and architects
4. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
5. Target-oriented and able to work under project deadlines
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
7. Able to prepare quotations, follow up projects, and monitor project progress
8. Willing to conduct site visits and business trips
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
10. Honest, disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team
