Deskripsi pekerjaan SALES PROJECT / PROJECT ADVISOR Kamico

Job Description:

  1. Build a strong sales pipeline (site survey, design & BOQ Meetings, negotiating with client, and create MoM).
  2. Create and manage good relation with existing and potential clients.
  3. Manage clients both before and after the deal is closed.
  4. Coordinate with production and operation team regarding every project to translate client's needs.
  5. Track and provide sales report
  6. Meet sales goals.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture (fresh graduated are welcome)
  2. Strong interest and knowledge in interior design and architecture, including interior construction, materials, and furniture.
  3. Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  4. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  5. Capable of handling multiple clients simultaneously
  6. Proficient in using Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
