Deskripsi pekerjaan SALES PROJECT INTERIOR PT. Southhampton Furnitur Indonesia
- Generate leads, and build relation with client, Architects, Interior designer by setup meeting for presentation, update new product and possibly new potential projects
- Follow up project owner and architect/interior designer as target set, reach new customer and mantain existing customer
- Managing interior projects from making proposal and price quotation, site survey, finalizing finishes, creating order list, managing customer payments, supervising delivery and set up.
- Collaborate with internal designer, estimator and whole team work to provide project proposal
- Build strategy plan for sales & marketing; manage sales target monthly for closer achivement the target; and sales business report
- Handling customer complaints.
- Evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing progress until achive the target.

- Well Groomed
- Bachelor Degree Interior Design, Architecture
- 4-5 Years experienced selling high end furniture, kitchen, lighting.
- Wide networking with famous interior designer, contractor, design & build
- Able to operate 2D & 3D Design and calculating quotation
- Able to operate software design using AI tech
