Predmet Furniture located at Badung, Bali is looking for Sales Project.
Qualifications & experience :
- Education in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineer, and Marketing Management will be advantage
- Have experience as Sales Project for construction/interior project/customize furniture/building materials
- Have a great connection with all stakeholders including client, building management, contractors, designers, architects and project developers
- Effective communication and presentation skill
- Professional, positive attitude
- Confident and dynamic personality
- Proven and delivered the best quality of previous experiences* in sales and marketing.
- Good oral and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia are essential skills.
- Possess high level of integrity, self-motivated for quick learn and can-do attitude.
- Must have own vehicle with valid driving license and enthusiast to travel.
- Possess a high level of Negotiation and presentation skill.
- Good level in using a Google Workspace and Microsoft office are essential skills.
- Great understanding of market & territory in Bali Area.
Tasks & responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to meet sales targets and objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution of sales projects
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conducting product knowledge sessions for Sales Developers.
- Generate actual measurements.
- Coordinate with internal teams & handle administrative tasks.
- Manage feedback and complaints from customers.
- Implementing strategies to acquire new projects.
- Build, develop & maintain a high level relationships with all stakeholders and distributors/principles.
- Brief and communicate a detailed product information to potential and loyal customers.
- Prepare a sales tools to support the sales activities and implementing the sales activities in accordance with marketing plans.
- Attract and retain B-2-B and B-2-C consumers to increase sales volume.
- Implement the tactical activities to complete sales targets that have been set.
- Introduce and promote the products / services of Predmet to potential customers.
- Perform a cost-benefit analysis and do a needs analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs as a best recommendations/ solutions.
- Provide a clear solutions in handling the customer complaints to optimize the customer loyalty.
- Develop the potential areas / markets to accelerate the revenue and provide sales status reports based on trends and customer feedback.
- Perform the sales planning based on customer opportunity and interests to optimize the production capacity and the creation of potential new products and services.
- Manage customer queries in a professional manner and ensure timely follow-up/continuity of services.
- Perform the highest level of product knowledge are well attained and maintained to deliver the best recommendations.
- Recognize and understand competitive products and features strengths in relation to the Predmet
