Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new B2B/corporate customers.
- Promote and sell voucher products for corporate needs, including rewards, employee benefits, loyalty programs, and campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct pitching and negotiations, and manage the sales process through to closing.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline and conduct timely follow-ups with potential customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience leading a team or managing team members is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of actively acquiring new customers.
- Experience in vouchers, payments, fintech, loyalty programs, or FMCG is a plus.
- Existing corporate network is a plus.
