Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales Partnership Associate PasarMIKRO
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Partnerships Associate at PasarMIKRO in Ngawi, East Java - Indonesia. The Sales Partnerships Associate will manage strategic partnerships, negotiate and close deals with various stakeholders, analyze market data, and build relationships with partners. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify potential corporate partners within the agri-business sector
2. Initiate and maintain contact with prospective partners
3. Present our solutions and services to potential corporate customers
4. Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to tailor proposals and presentations
5. Develop and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities
6. Participate in negotiations and close partnership agreements
7. Provide post-agreement support and ensure the success of our partnerships, tracking their impact on leads and revenue generation
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field
2. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar sales or partnership role, preferably within the agri-business sector and/or banking.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
5. Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation abilities
6. Self-motivated and results-oriented
7. Knowledge of agricultural technology and industry trends is a plus
8. Willingness to travel as required
9. Great written, verbal, and public speaking skills with fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. Proficiency in local dialect is a plus.
10. Proficiency with MS Office software.
