Sales Operations

PT. Tobamix Ferrumindo is one of the biggest rental and sales company for heavy equipment including: Tower Cranes, Passenger Hoist and Concrete Pump. We are looking for a Sales Operations position for the Concrete division in our company.

The candidate that we seek will be responsible for the following:

- Coordinating delivery of machines and spare parts to construction job site, ensuring machines and spare parts are delivered accurately to the site.

- Liasing with project managers, equipment managers of contractors (our customers) regularly if they need support

- Going to different job sites regularly to visit site managers and project managers for customer relations and regular checkup on project status

- Communicate internally with our engineer and repairman for regular maintenance of our machines

- Communicate with machine suppliers from overseas via e-mail or phone for purchase of machine and spare parts
- Will have to travel to purchase spare parts at local shops occassionally
