- Job Overview
- The Sales Operations Assistant supports the execution of sales operational procedures and assists in maintaining key client relationships while facilitating communication between Chinese and Indonesian teams.
- Key Responsibilities
- 1. Assist in Sales Operations SOP Execution
- - Follow up on daily SOP implementation by sales teams
- - Conduct spot checks on sales scripts and customer follow-up records
- - Assist in organizing market pricing and competitor information
- 2. Support Key Account Maintenance Actions
- - Follow up on prize distribution, customer visits, offline meetings, and other maintenance actions
- - Coordinate relevant teams to complete execution according to plan
- - Organize customer maintenance records
- 3. Assist in Daily Translation and Communication
- - Support daily communication translation between Chinese and Indonesian languages
- - Assist with meeting and simple document translation
- - Help sales operations managers communicate smoothly with local teams
- Qualifications & Requirements
- - Indonesian local
- - Able to use Chinese for daily communication
- - Proficient in Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and other office software
- - Detail-oriented, strong execution capability, good at follow-up
- - Experience in assistant, operations, or sales support roles (preferred)
