About This Role
We're on the lookout for passionate and motivated individuals to join us as Sales Operations Intern. You'll play a critical role in supporting the performance and productivity of our sales team by managing processes and maintaining data accuracy across invoicing, customer plan activation, lead assignment, and other projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Own the end-to-end invoicing workflow
- Manage customer plan activation
- Handle data updates and maintenance
- Manage adhoc lead assignment
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for operations processes
Who We Are Looking For
- Fresh Graduate/Final Year Student that is willing do work on-site in South Jakarta
- Similar experience as Operations intern in similar industry/tech company is similar
- Knowledgable in Excel/Google Sheets skills: PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
