Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and organizing sales data, reports, and documentation
- Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and invoices
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM)
- Track sales orders and coordinate with internal teams (finance, operations, etc.)
- Help monitor sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and email coordination
- Support process improvement initiatives within the sales workflow
Requirements
- Undergraduate student or fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Preferably from Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
- Have organizational experience (for undergraduate student)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Familiar with data reporting tools Looker Studio (Data Studio) or similar tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Can join immediately
