Sales Operations & Coordination (English Required)
Position Overview
Flokq is seeking a Sales Operations & Coordination team member to support workflow execution, operational monitoring, and coordination across ongoing sales and customer activities.
This role focuses on helping maintain operational consistency, workflow discipline, and execution quality across active lead pipelines and customer processes. The position works closely with agents, internal teams, and stakeholders to help ensure operational standards, follow-ups, and internal processes are maintained properly.
This is an operations-focused role centered around workflow management, coordination, and operational execution rather than direct sales or deal advisory responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities
Sales Workflow Monitoring
- Monitor ongoing lead handling and operational workflows
- Ensure operational activities and follow-ups are progressing according to internal timelines and procedures
- Track workflow progress across active customer and sales-related activities
- Identify delayed, inactive, or unresolved operational matters proactively
- Help maintain execution consistency across operational workflows
Process Compliance & Operational Discipline
- Help ensure internal workflows, SOPs, and operational processes are followed consistently
- Monitor operational responsiveness and workflow handling quality
- Identify missing updates, operational gaps, or lead handling inconsistencies
- Support operational accountability across active workflows
- Escalate recurring operational or execution issues when necessary
CRM & System Management
- Ensure workflow updates, notes, and statuses are maintained accurately within internal systems
- Maintain operational hygiene across CRM systems, trackers, and workflow records
- Support accurate tracking and visibility across ongoing activities
- Help maintain organized operational documentation and reporting
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with agents, customers, vendors, and internal teams through WhatsApp, calls, email, and internal systems
- Conduct follow-ups regarding ongoing operational matters and pending actions
- Ensure information and updates are communicated clearly and accurately
- Support smooth coordination across multiple stakeholders and workflows
Operational Support
- Support day-to-day operational execution across sales and customer processes
- Assist with structured follow-up and workflow continuity
- Help maintain responsiveness, consistency, and operational visibility across activities
Qualifications
- Strong written and spoken English skills are mandatory
- Professional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience in operations, coordination, administration, customer support, sales support, or similar operational roles is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good attention to detail and operational follow-through
- Comfortable handling multiple ongoing responsibilities simultaneously
- Able to work effectively in a structured and fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, CRM systems, or operational platforms is an advantage
