PT Predmet Furniture Bali is looking for a highly organized and proactive *Sales Operations Officer* to support the daily operations of our Sales Department. This role combines sales administration, customer relationship management, and business development support.
## Key Responsibilities
* Manage all administrative activities for the Sales Department.
* Operate and maintain accurate sales transactions using *Odoo ERP*.
* Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and data analysis using *Google Sheets* and *Microsoft Excel*.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
* Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate quotations, purchase orders, and sales documentation.
* Identify and engage potential clients through social media, telephone, email, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
* Support the Sales team in generating new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
* Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
* Maintain accurate customer databases and sales records.
## Qualifications
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
* At least *2 years of experience* in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, Sales Support, Business Development, or a related role.
* *Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP is required.*
* Advanced proficiency in *Google Sheets* and *Microsoft Excel*.
* Excellent communication skills in *English and Bahasa Indonesia*, both written and spoken.
* Confident in communicating with clients via phone, email, and social media.
* Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
* *Available to join immediately or within the shortest possible notice period.*
