Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Officer to support Golden English Course. This role is responsible for supporting sales processes, managing sales data and administration, monitoring performance, and ensuring smooth sales operations for English courses and language programs. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage sales activities from lead assignment to customer enrollment
- Follow up prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
- Ensure timely response and proper handling of incoming leads
- Conduct customer consultations to understand learning needs and recommend suitable programs
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and pipeline updates in the company system
- Monitor lead conversion progress and support achievement of sales targets
- Coordinate with Marketing and Academic teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Perform upselling and cross-selling activities to existing customers
- Prepare sales activity reports and provide insights on customer feedback and market trends
- Support the implementation and improvement of sales processes and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Minimum 1-2 year's of experience in Sales, Sales Support, Customer Success, Business Development, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with performance metrics
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently
- Willing to work onsite and be assigned according to the company's operational needs.
