Job Description :
• Prepare and process Quotations and SO
• Ensure pricing and order details are accurate (specifications, dimensions, colors, accessories, lead time)
• Coordinate with Sales and R&D for any revisions or adjustments
• Follow up order progress with PPIC, Production, QC, and Warehouse
• Monitor delivery schedules to ensure on-time fulfillment
• Update sales team on order status and escalate issues when needed
• Maintain professional communication with clients regarding order and delivery updates
• Handle administrative inquiries and support complaint documentation
• Prepare daily and weekly reports
• Track sales orders and delivery performance
• Maintain proper documentation and support KPI data preparation
Job Qualifications :
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any major
• Minimum 2 years experience as Sales Admin / Sales Support, preferably in construction, aluminium system, interior, façade, or building materials industry
• Strong attention to detail and comfortable handling numbers, pricing, and documentation
• Good communication skills and confident coordinating with Sales, Production, PPIC, Warehouse, and Finance
• Organized, structured, and able to work under tight deadlines
• Willing to be placed in Kelapa Gading – North Jakarta
• Available to join immediately
