Job Description:
- Manage distributor data and information, receive distributor order requirements, communicate with distributors to place orders based on sales targets, follow up on customer payments, and handle invoice distribution and receipt.
- Coordinate with production bases, understand production plans, monitor inventory data in real-time, forecast orders, and provide production scheduling suggestions to the bases.
- Manage and coordinate logistics, control cargo damage, handle logistics billing, and manage expense reimbursement.
- Address and assist with distributor inquiries, handle complaints, and maintain customer relationships.
- Process and analyze shipment data, and assist the channel and business departments in achieving targets.
- Familiarize with various product configurations, data, and material codes, and provide customer recommendations based on their needs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- More Than 2 years experience in retail/e-commerce/factory customer service and order management.
- Having Experience in factory production planning, scheduling, and shipping.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English is a must.
