We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Operation Professional to join our team at PT Serveone MRO Indonesia. This contract position will be based in South Jakarta, Jakarta Raya, and will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and driving business growth.
What you'll be doing
- Liaising with customers to handle inquiries, process orders, and ensure timely delivery
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall FnB experience
- Identifying and addressing any operational bottlenecks or inefficiencies
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day operation and issues
- Build a strong communication and negotiation with customer to solve an issue
- Assisting with the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a sales operations or customer service role, preferably in the FnB industry for more than 10 years
- Having experience in FnB manufacturing is a plus point
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Proficiency in using Microsoft excel with formula
- Familiar in SAP is a plus point
- A team player with a proactive and collaborative approach
