Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales Operation Lead PT Green City Traffic
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and refine sales processes to enhance team efficiency.
- Coordinate with external agencies (e.g., media, marketing) to align with our sales goals also coordinate with Biro Jasa for license (STNK and BPKB).
- Supervise team include CS, Admin, CA, and Showroom Department.
- Manage contracts and performance metrics for third-party partners.
- Oversee operations across multiple showroom locations prepare opening new showroom, distribution equipment and marketing collateral.
- Ensure consistent operational practices and standards across all showrooms.
- Monitor inventory and assets across all showrooms.
- Available working from Monday to Saturday at Cilandak, South Jakarta.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in automotive, FMCG or electric vehicles.
- Proven experience in warehouse / inventory management.
- Experienced in managing & handling third-party agencies and multiple locations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Have a personal laptop.
- Fluency in English is a must.
