- Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage sales operations within the assigned area.
- Conduct market analysis and develop effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and business partners.
- Supervise and support the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular visits to dealers and sales locations to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory sales role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Good skill in data processing using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in sales data analysis and strategic planning.
