Requirements :
- Female
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
- Experience using CRM systems and POS applications for stock management
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Familiar with sales administration and order processing
- Experience in handling leads and closing sales from online platforms is a plus
- Prior experience in admin/sales support is a plus
- Accustomed to working with individual sales targets in the hundreds of millions (IDR)
Job Responsibility :
- Process and monitor sales orders until delivery
- Handle and follow up leads from multiple online sales platforms
- Drive closing sales through effective communication and timely responses
- Handle customer inquiries via CRM and Marketplace
- Coordinate with inventory, finance, and purchasing teams
- Ensure completeness of sales documents and payment verification
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions
