QUALIFICATIONS :
- Education: Min. Diploma 3 (D3) / Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major (Marketing / Business / Logistics preferred).
- Experience: Fresh Graduates welcome to apply; candidates with Sales experience (Logistics/Freight Forwarding) preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Personal Traits: Target & result-oriented, neat & professional appearance, willingness to travel for client visits.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Identify, prospect, and develop new logistics/freight forwarding clients.
- Build & maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Propose land, sea, and air freight service solutions based on customer needs.
- Create and present price quotations, perform client visits, and achieve sales targets.
