PT Multi Global Industries, the first tobaconist retail company in Indonesia, is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Merchandiser / Sales Merchandiser to join our growing team in Denpasar Barat, Bali.
We are committed to delivering high-quality products and an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. As part of our retail team, you will play a key role in ensuring our stores are well-organized, visually appealing, and fully stocked to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrange and display merchandise to maximize product visibility and enhance the customer shopping experience.
Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, ensuring products are adequately stocked and organized.
Replenish merchandise and coordinate stock movement as needed.
Support sales planning by monitoring product performance and identifying merchandising opportunities.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually aligned with company standards.
Work closely with the store team to maintain smooth daily operations and achieve sales targets.
Assist in implementing promotional displays and merchandising strategies.
Qualifications:
Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate.
1–3 years of experience in merchandising, retail operations, or a related field.
Knowledge of store merchandising, inventory management, retail operations, sales forecasting, and visual merchandising.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
Willing to work full-time in Denpasar Selatan, Bali.
