Job position: Sales Marketing
Arca Lagards is a company specializing in sugar supply for industrial and commercial customers. We provide reliable supply solutions, competitive pricing, and consistent product quality to support businesses across ASEAN.
We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Marketing professional to support our business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote and market the company's services to FMCG manufacturers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Follow up on sales opportunities.
- Monitor market developments, customer demand, and competitor activities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG or B2B sales.
- Strong network within the FMCG and food & beverage industry is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Possess own transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Willing to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
Benefits:
- Salary: IDR 8,000,000 and above per month (based on experience and qualifications)
